ok I have 2 questions?

First, I need some ideas on quick lunches- My day is really busy at work and I have about 30 minutes to eat and never is it un interupted ( I dont think I spelled that right- sorry) anyway I was just wondering what everyone takes to lunch at work I need something quick but will last me thru the day--

Second- how soon can you take b12--

30 minute lunch

I also have 30 minute lunch and that's when I have my meal replacement. I have found Heathly Choice to be really good and filling. I just need to remember to add my fruit then also.

Quick Lunch

I have used some of the following for a quick lunch:
Pre-packaged Tuna or Chicken Cups
Yogurt
Lean Cuisine Meals
Sliced Cheese with a Fruit

and on those days when I'm feeling tight, I fix
Soup
Protein Shake

But, I always have to have a protein snake in the afternoon after a quick lunch. Helen recommended keeping 10 almonds handy. I tried it and it works wonderful. I have these about 3 or 4 hours after eating lunch.
